What you need before setup
- A TVMemberLink subscription or trial account.
- A supported device connected to the internet.
- A compatible IPTV player available for your device.
- The login or playlist details provided with your order.
Player and service are different
An IPTV player is the application that displays a playlist or account. The TV service supplies the content and account access. Installing a player alone does not provide channels, and a player may not support every login format. If you are unsure which option to use, start with our setup guides or contact support.
Connection recommendations
For live HD or 4K playback, use a stable home connection and keep the device software updated. Wired Ethernet can help when Wi-Fi is weak or congested. If playback buffers, follow the IPTV buffering guide before changing your subscription.
