M3U and Xtream Codes
Some players accept an M3U playlist URL, while others offer an Xtream Codes login with a server address, username and password. Use the format supplied with your account and enter it in the matching field. Do not mix the playlist URL with the server or username fields.
If setup does not work
First check for typing errors, hidden spaces, an outdated player, a weak connection and an incorrect device time. If the playlist still will not load, visit the support center and include your device model, player name and exact error message. Never post your password or playlist publicly.
